Welcome to the 4th annual Ladies Member Guest Tournament.  Once again, it is promised to be a day of fun and camaraderie.   Our goal continues to be one of providing an opportunity to enjoy teach other’s company, find humour as well as excitement in our team play and overall promote the playing of golf to women of different skill levels. 

The details:

Date:  August 10, 2018 – Shotgun start at 1:00 PM

What’s included:  18 holes of  golf, snacks, delicious plated dinner and prizes

Entry Fee:  Non-members - $75;   Members   $45

Registration timelines: 

             EARLY BIRD PRIZE DRAW           for complete team registration is              July 13/18

             Dead Line                                      for team registrations is                            July 27/18

Format:  Tournamet will be played as a Scramble with 4-person teams.  If you do not have a team list, no problem.  Once you register, you will be placed with others. 

Handicap:  A handicap is required and will be obtained from the Golf Canada site shortly before the tournament date.  If you do not have a registered handicap, then you will need to be prepared to provide 3 of your typical scores or for those who rarely play, a maximum of 36 will be given.

Cancellation policy:  If golf tournament is cancelled due to weather, players will receive full refunds.  If a player is a no-show, entry fee is non-refundable.

Payment:  Payment is required at time of registration.  For members, payment for your team will be assigned to your account and you should collect payment from your guests if needed.  For non-members, you can pay on-line when you register.
